You have probably heard the statement that a company is only as good as its weakest link. Well, almost every day, I’m approached by trainers who want to work for me. I can understand why they want to be a part of our Custom Fit Personal Training team. We have a hard-earned reputation for having happy, successful clients. Why? Because our clients get significant results. I’m not satisfied if you come here and are not amazed by your physical transformation! Frankly, most of the trainers who apply here just don’t have the credentials I’m looking for. Sure, they’re certified and licensed, but I’m looking for more than just a piece of paper and qualifications that are good enough for the state. My standards are much higher. (Don’t cry for these trainers I turn away, because they always seem to find work in other gyms around town.)
I’ve been in this business for a long time, and I’ve learned to hire only trainers who really know what they’re doing, who can deliver what our clients need, and who can be part of the preeminent personal training gym in Utah. And Custom Fit Personal Training is, in fact, the best personal training gym in Utah, for the simple fact that my trainers are the finest you’ll ever find. Each one knows exactly what you will need to achieve your fitness goals. Each one is fervently dedicated to your success. I pore over each trainer’s background and skills to make sure each one has a track record of success, and has the tools to make you triumph over your own body. You’ll be astonished by how good we are, and more important, by the results you’ll achieve!
So if you want to spend valuable time to be a guinea pig for a trainer who will experiment and learn on you, that’s your choice.
